Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the Online Programme, enrolled students acknowledge that they will be committing to a monthly fee of £37 (£19.99 for founder members) payable via PayPal on the day of subscription and on the same day of each subsequent month thereafter, until expiry of the Online Programme or cancelled according to the conditions specified in Section 3 (whichever comes sooner). On completion of the monthly fee payment, the applicable Module will be made available to access online.

2. Missed Subscription payments

If any enrolled student is experiencing difficulty meeting the monthly subscription, please contact Silver Clay School at info@silverclayschool.co.uk. Unfortunately, if a subscription payment is missed, the membership account will be suspended until payment is received in full.

If more than three contiguous payments are missed during the lifetime of the enrolled membership, the subscription will be automatically cancelled. In such circumstances this will be deemed a student-initiated cancellation, and the terms detailed in Section 3 Cancellation will take immediate effect.

3. Cancellation

Enrolled students may cancel their subscription at any time within the subscription period of the Online Programme. The cancellation MUST be performed by the student through our membership portal, the details of which are provided when joining.

Students exercising their right of cancellation will lose access to all Silver Clay School materials (including but not limited to videos, documentation and FB Group access) immediately following cancellation.

Members who enjoyed an Introductory/Special subscription offer will be required to pay the full subscription price on re-joining. If you decide to restart the Online Programme, monthly payments will begin from Module 1.

Silver Clay School reserve the right to cancel any student’s subscription, with the resulting loss of access to all materials, without notice at any time.

4. Community Behaviour

Silver Clay School is committed to being a safe and nurturing environment for fellow artists and Silver Clay enthusiasts. As such any aggressive or abusive behaviour within the online Silver Clay community will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the responsible individual’s subscription and membership access rights. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

5. Membership of Facebook Student Group

All students will be granted access to the FB Group and will be expected to adhere to the Community Behaviour guidelines in section 4

For Standalone Students access will be for a period of one year following their most recent purchase of a Silver Clay School standalone module.

For Enrolled Students access will be for the period of enrolment in Silver Clay School Online Programme.

For Alumni, this will consist of lifetime access.

6. Acceptable Use Policy
